Why can't you give away everything for free?
As much as we would love to give it all away for free, Quickworksheets costs money to develop and maintain. We have already spent several thousand hours building the system. By asking our users to pay a modest fee for accounts we are able to recover these costs and invest more time in developing further worksheet generators and related services. Yeah, that and we can eat!
Do I need to enter my credit card to access your free trial?
No you don't. We want you to be able to try Quickworksheets without any pressure, so go right ahead, you've got nothing to lose!
What are the limitations of your Free Trial?
It lasts for 7 days and you can only make 7 worksheets. Some other features are disabled such as the ability to customise worksheet footers, however, you are able to test out any of our worksheet generators and get a good feel for their potential.
Do I need a Paypal Account to pay by credit or debit card?
No you don't, provided you prepay for one year. When you are transferred to the Paypal website for payment you can enter your credit / debit card details without signing up for a Paypal account. (Look for the link titled "Don't have a Paypal account?")
If you want to take out a monthly subscription to Quickworksheets instead, a Paypal Account is required.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes it is. All transactions are encrypted and secure, and are handled by Paypal, the world's most popular online payment processor. Paypal processes sales on our behalf at 'arms length' so your credit card details are never disclosed to Quickworksheets. We are a verified Paypal seller. I cannot pay using Paypal. Can I pay using an alternative method?
Yes! We also accept payment by wire transfer to our Australian bank account. You can organise this through your bank, or through money transfer service providers such as Western Union or Xoom. Please contact us to request payment by this method and to receive our bank details.
Can I change my mind?
Of course! We don't want your money unless you are absolutely satisfied, which is why we provide a 30 day money-back guarantee on prepaid accounts. If you upgrade but decide that Quickworksheets is not for you, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will then cancel your Premium Account and refund your payment through Paypal. (We can only offer this money-back guarantee to customers who pay with Paypal because of the difficulty and expense of refunding money paid by wire transfer.)
If you decide to pay monthly, we do not offer refunds, but you can cancel at any time! This means that if you decide to cancel within the first month you will have only paid $2.99.
Will you send me spam?
No we won't... we are real people, and we hate spam just as much as you do! Your e-mail address will only be used to send you your password and any notices specifically relating to your Quickworksheets account. If you are interested in getting occasional news and special offers from us, you can choose to opt-in to our promotional mailing list by checking the appropriate box when signing up. This promotional mailing list is entirely optional and you can opt-out at any time. We will not disclose your e-mail address to anyone else. (Read our full Privacy Policy for more detail.)
How do I delete my Quickworksheets account?
Go here and confirm your delete request. Within 24 hours we will remove all of your personal account information from our database and you will receive no further correspondence from us.
Can I create worksheets with languages other than English?
Yes you can, but this is a work in progress! While Quickworksheets was initially designed to create worksheets only in English, it is now compatible with a number of European languages. If some characters in your language is represented with '?' in the PDF, try creating your worksheet as a HTML file instead, as this has much wider support for foreign character sets.

Who owns the copyright in worksheets I make?
Copyright in the worksheet content belongs to you, but the copyright in the worksheet design belongs to Quickworksheets.
Are there restrictions in how I can use the worksheets?
Worksheets are for educational use. You are free to make as many copies as you require, however, you cannot directly sell the worksheets you create with the site. Please refer to our Terms of Use for full details on restrictions of use, and feel free to contact us if you have a query.
Do you offer packages of Quickworksheets Accounts at discounts for schools or organisations?
Yes we do. Please contact us with your requirements to cut a deal!
There are sites around with thousands of pre-made worksheets available. What advantages does Quickworksheets offer over these sites?
