Tap or click on "SPEAK".  LISTEN to the weather forecast or other information. Choose if it is "a GOOD day for driving"  or  "a BAD day for driving".   NOTES:   a. "Drive with caution." = "Drive very carefully.  It is dangerous."                b. "winter storm watch" = "MAYBE there will be a winter storm."  ex.  60% chance          c.  "winter storm warning" = "PROBABLY there will be a winter storm."  ex.   80% chance           d.   "ended" = "finished"   [It stopped.]           e.  "normal ... conditions" = "regular ... conditions" =  NOT special         f.   "light wind" (ex. 15 kilometres per hour) is  the OPPOSITE of                  "strong wind", "heavy wind" or "high wind" (ex. 60 kilometres per hour)                   [ex.  "hot" is the OPPOSITE of "cold"]
