"winter storm watch" = "MAYBE there will be a winter storm." ex. 60% chance c. "winter storm warning" = "PROBABLY there will be a winter storm." ex. 80% chance d. "ended" = "finished" [It stopped.] e. "normal ... conditions" = "regular ... conditions" = NOT special f.
