Mr. Hyde was almost arrested for murder, but he disappaeared before he was caught. Dr. Jekyll did an experiment where he changed into another person. Mr. Hyde's appearance was very ugly and unpleasant. It was extraordinary that the experiment worked and Dr. Jekyll turned into another man. Dr. Jekyll desperately looked for more chemicals to change himself back to normal. Perhaps Mr. Hyde was shorter than Dr. Jekyll becuase Dr. Jekyll was the better man. Mr. Utterson curiously looked at the door that Mr. Hyde went into becuase it beglonged to Dr. Jekyll's house. The servant, Poole, inherited many things from Dr. Jekyll when he died. Most people were frightened of Mr. Hyde becuase he was a mean man. Mr. Utterson was very companionable and he was the best friend of Dr. Jekyll and Dr. Lanyon. Dr. Jekyll mixed the chemicals confidently because he knew the experiment would work. The experiemnet was disastrous for Dr. Jekyll becuase he ended up dying. Mr. Hyde disappeared after he murdered Sir Danvers Carew. Mr. Hyde kept his home particularly clean and organized. Dr. Lanyon felt uneasy about keeping Dr. Jekyll's secret. Dr. Jekyll refused to see anyone for a long time and kept himself locked up in his labratory. The morning was very foggy and it was hard to see. The labratory was very untidy after much of the chemicals had been spilled on the floor. Dr. Jekyll had to be imaginative to create a mixutre of chemiclas that would change him into another person. Mr. Utterson hesitated before he read the letters from Dr. Lanyon and Dr. Jekyll.
