Aerobic swimming means you must swim nonstop for 20 minutes. Your rope should reach up to your armpits when you stand on it. Work up to your goals gradually. The warm-up portion of a workout prepares your body to perform. It is important to drink small amounts of liquids before, during, and after endurance activities.
