I made a video about comma splices for this worksheet. You can use this worksheet after you teach about comma splices. I didn't teach about the semi-colon, so this is not an option in the answer key. The three methods of fixing are: making two sentences, adding a coordinating conjunction, or adding a subordinating conjunction. I hope this can be helpful in your teaching. If you use this and adapt, please also share alike. :)
My program tests both grammar and vocabulary together by having the students select a word in a ( ) to make the sentence correct. This is unique to my program and I need to make such worksheets to prepare them for the test.
This interview game encourages students to mingle and get to know a little about the other students in their group by asking questions to complete the grid. You can extend this by playing a game of "Bingo" at the end.
